- 1 can (15.5 oz.) garbanzo beans
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1.5–2 cups olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- 4 kaffir lime leaves (or 2 tablespoons lime juice)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened dried coconut flakes, optional
- Pinch of sea salt
