Happy Thursday! You’re this close to the weekend.
I don’t know about you, but I am super excited for the weekend for so many reasons! First, it’s graduation week, so I can spend more time with my family. And second, the sun is finally out, and the weather has been warm. Or too warm. Which also means I can’t stay in the kitchen for too long, especially when it’s 96°F.
But, working full-time, running my own business, and trying to keep the house clean is exhausting. So I am always looking for ways to make life easier. In this case, 30-minute meals and using fresh and simple ingredients. Super easy!
Clean eating recipes? Healthy Dinners in 30 Minutes or Less. Is that even possible?
Indeed. If you have ever started a new diet, then you may have found yourself stuck in the kitchen for hours just trying to create one meal for yourself. Starting a clean eating diet might sound overwhelming especially if you have to cook or make most of your foods from scratch. The truth is that you don’t need to spend more than about 30 minutes creating or baking a clean recipe! This might sound impossible, but that is why I put together a list of clean eating recipes that can be done in just 30 minutes! This way you can stick to your new diet this year or a simply healthyish lifestyle.
How to start eating healthier if I don’t have time to cook?
I learn drinking water and having vegetables and fruits as snack help a lot. Or in a simple word: be a friend with a salad bar. I also learn about meal prep, which I’m sure that sounds very familiar to most of you. So set aside a few hours over the weekend to prep your meals. Chicken breasts, pork chops, brussels sprouts, sweet potato – all the ingredients you can cook in a slow cooker, or on a sheet pan. Add them in a ziplock bag and label each bag, so you need to worry about quick cooking and eating healthy on weekdays.
